Presenter - Mr. Andy Joyce, Director of Professional Services, FDR Forensic Data Recovery Inc., BC Canada

Andy Joyce is the Director of Professional Services at FDR Forensic Data Recovery Inc.  He is responsible for the delivery of Computer Forensic and eDiscovery services to clients across Canada.

Andy is also responsible for the delivery of computer forensics training courses in Canada; including EnCase, Helix and ADF. Andy is also a part time lecturer at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT).

Andy has investigated a wide range of complex, international Internet major crimes and testified as an expert computer forensic witness in the Crown courts of the United Kingdom, including the Old Bailey and the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  He has successfully led multiple eDiscovery engagements and has been the lead investigator on numerous computer forensic engagements, including network intrusion, intellectual property theft and government investigations.  Mr. Joyce served as a detective in the UK for 13 years, where his work focused on computer crime, network intrusion, child exploitation and terrorism investigations involving computers.
